Description
Jimmy Rabbitte is a man with a vision – to bring soul music to Dublin. Putting an ad. in the local paper he weeds out impure musical tastes and keeps the talented ones to form a group. The band is nervous, raw and rough but something in their music speaks to their audience of curious kids and complaining relatives in a dingy community centre on Dublin’s poverty stricken northside.
