Description
The film tells the true story of British explorer Percy Fawcett (played by Charlie Hunnam), who is sent to Brazil in the early 20th century. During his expeditions, Fawcett becomes convinced of the existence of an ancient lost city, which he names “Z”, hidden deep within the Amazon rainforest.
Despite facing ridicule from the scientific community, Fawcett embarks on multiple expeditions to find this lost civilization, driven by his obsession and belief in its existence1.
