Description
Sean Vetter (Vin Diesel – xXx, The Fast and the Furious) grew up on the mean streets of South Central LA. He knows everything there is to know about gang-members and drug traffickers because he was one of them. But now he is a member of a different gang – the elite, crack DEA agents brought in to bring down the virulent drug pipeline along the US/Mexican border.
